This episode is special for us because we've discovered through the years that some of the most Delicious food is actually in Truck Stops. Yes, sometimes tiny truck stop gas stations are true cuisine gems, and this one is possibly the BEST Indian restaurant we've experienced in the USA. Punjabi Dhabi is right off Interstate Highway 10 in Hammond Louisiana and has earned a fantastic reputation among Truckers for the past few years. And we 100% recommend stopping by if you're ever in this area of Louisiana :)
