Dutch Apple Pie Baked Oatmeal - Healthy Eating

This is the perfect breakfast for chilly weather! Here's the recipe...

1/4 Cup (half a stick) Melted Butter
2 Eggs
1/2 Honey
1 tsp Vanilla
1 tsp Cinnamon
1/4 tsp Nutmeg
1/4 Salt
2 tsp Baking Powder
1 3/4 Cup Milk
3 Cups Oats

Combine ingredients and pour into a greased baking dish.

Crumble Topping

1 cup Oats
1 cup Almond Flour (can use regular flour)
1/4 melted butter
1/4 Real Maple Syrup
1/2 Coconut Sugar

Mix well with a fork until it becomes pea sized crumbs (can add more dry ingredients if need be). Dump over top of the oatmeal mixture and bake at 350 for about 45 minutes.
