This was a 100-day project. It started right before COVID-19 "hit us" and just went on the market 2 days ago. We learned a lot on this one, but it's also been my favorite project thus far...I seriously wanna go live in this house! 🤣

This was a home renovation in St. Pete, Florida. We purchased it for about $138,000 and ended up having to invest another $130,000 due to a lot of damage and A LOT of clean up. But with all of that invested, we're still looking to turn a good profit on this house.
