Lower Control Arm Removal and Replacement (Installation) - 2003 Acura MDX
"The control arm bushings absorb the shock of road bumps. When the control arm is broken or incapable of functioning, the vehicle will continuously vibrate at the time of driving. It will also cause the metal sleeves of the control arm rattle uncontrollably, creating annoying clunking sound coming from the front wheels.
Watch the video on removing, replacing, and installing the lower control arm. This video will show the complete steps for the control arm removal and replacement. Control arms help stabilize a car. For example, a control arm with a loose bolt is usually the reason why a car will sway for no apparent reason. A bent control arm will cause the car to lean towards one direction. Be safe and replace the control arm if it is bad.
