TL;DR

Lt Gen Tom McInerney report that the Deep State has modified "The Hammer" to be use to tamper with the election by electronic means. They call this new tool "Scorecard". It is suppose to boost Biden to a win by 3% so many people will believe the election was real. McInerney reports that the votes are change at "transfer points". I don't know if that is the actual ballot machines of at some other location of the election network. I think that POTUS has been advised but this needs to be pushed out everywhere.
