New online tool to help Las Vegas residents facing eviction

Las Vegas residents facing summary eviction action may avoid a trip to the Regional Justice Center by using online filing from a computer or cellular telephone. The process is user-friendly; tenants will answer a series of questions and their answers will automatically prepare the required legal documents. No need to print or scan any documents! Tenants will also be prompted to answer questions that will be used to determine whether the required filing fee may be waived by the Court.
