PHILADELPHIA Police: Arson 18XX S Dover St DC 20 01 026084

On October 16, 2020 at approximately 2:10 AM, two unknown persons were captured on surveillance video in the 1800 block of South Dover Street. The suspects pour a flammable liquid on a parked vehicle. The suspects then light the vehicle on fire and run away. The suspects then escape in a dark colored vehicle, East on Mifflin Street.
