Chocolate Peanut Butter Energy Bites(Gluten Free and No Refined Sugar) -- Healthy Snacks
Hey Guys! This video is all about my kids absolute favorite snack ever. Here is the base for these yummy treats...
1 Stick of butter
1/4 to 1/2 Nut butter (can be any nut butter... we've ever used tahini before)
2 Cups Oats (we use Farmer's You Know... they are sprouted and certified glyphosate free!! Costco has them for a REALLY good price!)
pinch of salt
From there you can add any flavorings and stir ins...the sky is the limit. For these particular ones we used...
2 TBL Cocoa Powder
2 TBL Peanut Powder
1 tsp Vanilla
