Bowflex Max Trainer 30 Minute fail

Todays spin we'll attempt to spin for 30 minutes. My goal is to stay at 33.6 or above burn rate so every 15 minutes we hit 500 calories. Now we don't always accomplish what we set out to do and it ends up in failure. But on the channel we use failure as a positive to motivate us to do better next.
