PHILADELPHIA Police: Shooting 16xx Wharton St DC 20 17 025197

On September 5, 2020 at approximately 5:30 PM, an unknown black male was captured on surveillance video in the 1600 block of Wharton Street.

The suspect exits his vehicle and engages in an argument with an unknown person.

As the suspect was about to leave, he exited his vehicle a second time. The suspect fired several gunshots at the unknown person.

The suspect then flees, South on the 1300 block of Bancroft Street.
