Bobcat 610 Clutch inspection, Adjusting chain tension and loose shaft fix.
Plan was to replace clutch wear plates, but on inspection the existing plates

had very little wear and found one side had no removable chain link (without

drilling) so I left the original plates in place.

2. After finding one chain was very loose and tightening it the side cover did

not go back on. Turned out a shaft was loose and tightening the chain pulled

the shaft over so the cover would not fit. Inspected some more and found the

loose nut, tightened it. Re-tensioned the chains, adjusted the clutches and put

the cover back on.
