Lower Body Workout (NO JUMPING/NO EQUIPMENT)
Follow along with Coach Moe for a low-impact, joint-friendly lower body workout. For every exercise in this series we'll be focusing on getting a strong contraction in the targeted areas, while moving in a slow and deliberate fashion.
