Two teenagers charged in connection to deadly shooting at Halloween party in Lockport Saturday morning

The Lockport Police Department's Chief of Police announced on Wednesday afternoon that two arrests have been made in a deadly shooting at a Lockport Halloween party on Saturday morning.
