Info from Licensor: "this happened in Chilliwack BC, it happened last Friday (video is time stamped ) it woke me up in the middle of the night because I could hear him screaming and it sounded like he was having a good time, but it wasn’t til the morning when I checked the footage I saw that he was naked lol, just as I was getting the video ready for YouTube when my neighbor sent me a text saying his pumpkin had been stolen by some naked guy who was headed my way"
