SOUTH AFRICA - Carltenville - 4 April 2019 - A video of a creche teacher beating a child learner, after the child apparently got sick at her desk at her Carltenville creche. The teacher is filmed pulling down the childs pants to give her a few smacks on the buttocks. Later the teacher uses both hands to repeatedly smack the child across the head. The teacher has subsequesntly been arrested. Video (Lgh)
