South Africa - Cape Town - 31 October 2019 - Transport Minister Fikile Mbalula addresses members of the media on the electronic tolling (e-tolls) component of the Gauteng Freeway Improvement Project (GFIP). The briefing takes place at 120 Plein Street, GCIS Imbizo. He says Cabinet has not taken any decision on GFIB and the E-Tolls and awaits a report from the Minister of Transport in two weeks before making any decision.
