SOUTH AFRICA - Cape Town - COSAS interrupting exams at school in Mfuleni (Video) (Jus)

South Africa - Cape Town - The Congress of South African Students (COSAS) and members of the ANC interrupted exam procedures at Mfuleni High school, forcing the school to let the learners go home early. This is the second time in recent weeks that schools in the Mfuleni area have been shut down.
