SOUTH AFRICA - Cape Town - IFP leader Mangosuthu Buthelezi arrives at the event. President Cyril Ramaphosa unveiled inscriptions depicting the values of the Constitution of the Republic of South Africa. The unveiling of the Constitutional inscriptions officially closed the year-long commemoration of the 100-year birthday anniversaries of Madiba and MaSisulu by Parliament and recognises the role played by both in the liberation struggle towards the attainment of the new democratic South Africa and its Constitution.
