South Africa - Johannesburg - 27 March 2019 - Executive Mayor, Cllr Herman Mashaba, and the MMC for Public Safety, Cllr Michael Sun, launch the Reckless Driving Hotline at the Council Chamber in Braamfontein. The Reckless Driving Hotline allows residents to report reckless and inconsiderate road behaviour.
