South Africa - Cape Town - 1 December 2019 - Cape Town celebrates the start of the Festive Season with the 50th staging of the Festive Lights Switch-On.Annually thousands of people gather on the Grand Parade to enjoy a music concert before the official switching on of the Citys festive lights.
