Info from Licensor: "A man taunts police and innocent bystanders in this strange yet seemingly funny “chase” around a parking lot in Florence Kentucky. Doing donuts as well as circling people in their cars. The man jumped from the passenger side of his truck and ran towards the police and was apprehended. The EMTs were called and the man was eventually taken to jail after being medically cleared."
