Hillary Clinton thanks those that attended a conference on the use of Social Media to transform government in the hands of Activist. She discus's how users have organized millions of online users to bring about change. So that leaves one to beg the question.... Did the US State Department help incite the ARAB SPRING? Are they actually behind the #OccupyWallStreet up-risings? It makes sense if they are.

The Government cannot force a top-down solution unless the bottom is crying for a solution. A forced government answer to a manufactured government problem.
