The Lumen’s grand opening shows Cleveland is ready for new construction

Clevelanders have watched The Lumen rise from a former parking lot for the better part of the last two years. Its grand opening Thursday means more people can try to rent one of the 318 apartments (86 of which are already leased) and use the 22,000 square feet of community space.
