Welcome to Trashifornia Part 2 - Sorry, No Money for Garbage

In my little area of California, Stockton and Lodi, I am just fed up with the garbage everywhere I look. Kalifornia is not as nice as it used to be. Outrageous government pension plans have gotten the best of Kalifornia's bloated State budget and so there is no money left to enforce laws or pick up garbage. Our Political Overlords pass laws such as Prop 47. Just search for "California Prop 47 Crime" It was intended to "help" people. Instead, thieves and organized crime gangs capitalized on the "Prop 47 Loophole". In other words, Prop 47 is now a mechanism for gangs to immunize themselves from felony charges and for petty criminals to flourish. Our State Politicians are Liberals - devious and self-serving. Don't waste your time reporting criminals in this state. Don't bother them with your complaints about trash either. They have more important things to do such as a Bullet Train project which has faced broad ridicule over soaring costs, its budget ballooning from $33 billion to $80 billion.
