Bowflex Max Trainer Interval Series 321 123 Training Part 2

In this series we are doing interval training. It's called 321,123 for a simple reason. To many time people cut the sprit of the interval short. In this training we are going 3 seconds past the 25 second interval. I want you to make a habit of going past the finish line. The schedule is as followed, 7 minute interval, 14 minute interval, another 14 minute interval, and finish up with 21 minute interval. Good luck and have fun. Down below are your links.
