Just because you can do something (even as a matter of rights), doesn't necessarily mean you should. I've said this a number of times before.

The difference in this case, is that I talk about discretion with regard to the exercise of rights.

You can march about in Nazi regalia if you choose. I wouldn't suggest it. I don't consider your being a Nazi a good thing, should you choose that course. The Nazis of yesteryear did many horrible things.

That said, you're still within your rights to do so.
