Redtail Hawk?

In this video I am trying to get some film of a large bird. I don't know if its a Hawk or an Eagle. In the beginning of the video I am crossing the street to get close to this bird that is on the ground. Then I zoom in on it with the camera zoom. When it takes off the camera will follow but then in the view you can see another bird, I suspect the mother dive bombing me. That is when I start to run.
