NY failed Governor Cuomo wants to use the National Guard to pick up trash

When we needed the national guard to help during the Antifa and BLM riots in NY, Cuomo refused. But now that his failed policies along with mayor Deblasio has left NYC in ruins, he wants to use the national guard to pick up his garbage.
