Gov. Little discusses Idaho's COVID-19 vaccine distribution plan, rapid tests

Gov. Brad Little and health officials discussed the state's plan to distribute a coronavirus vaccine and established an Idaho COVID-19 Vaccine Advisory Committee to advise decisions.
