Brightline high-speed train project begins selling bonds

The company behind the high-speed rail between Las Vegas and Southern California will start selling bonds to fund the project. Brightline needs $3.2 billion dollars sold in bonds to get things going. The train will shorten travel time from Las Vegas to Victorville down to 85 minutes.
