Photo by Tom Dulat/Getty Images Starbucks is not bringing its Pumpkin Spice Latte back to stores in the Middle East this year. "Unfortunately, PSL won't be available this year due to Business and Operations reasons," Starbucks Middle East wrote on Facebook.
