SOUTH AFRICA - Cape Town - 14 October 2019 - Remesi Sungura Fukuda a refugee from Congo, survived a necklacing when philippi residents accused him of crime, they burnt his house while he was inside.When they found him, they had a tyre around his neck and set him alight.Foreign Nationals in South Africa are currently camping outside the United Nations High Commission for Refugees (UNHCR) in Cape Town.They are accusing the UN for failing to protect them and they want to leave this country .video :Phando Jikelo/African News Agency(ANA) (fyE)
