SOUTH AFRICA - Cape Town - 14 May 2019 - A 30 year old man appeared at Simon's Town Magistrates Court on Tuesday. The accused was arrested and found to be in possession of a 38 Special firearm. He appeared on charges of Murder, being in possession of a firearm and robbery with aggravated circumstances. The suspect was out on bail for a simlilar charge for which he is due to appear in the same court on 23 May. He remains in custody and is due to appear for a bail application on 21 May.
