South Africa - Cape Town - 26 February 2020 - Dozens of supporters from various organizations and communities march to and protested outside the gates of Parliament where the Minister of Finance, Mr Tito Mboweni delivered the Budget Speech and related Bills in the National Assembly (NA). The Budget Speech intends to give details of how the priorities set out during the Sona will be funded.
