South Africa - Cape Town - 17 November 2019 - Hout Bay Residents have picketed against the closure of the Hout Bay Day Hospital. The Facility has been closed since the 17th of September 2019. Members of the Hangberg community have decided to picket after the department continued to disregard the plight of the people.
