South Africa - Cape Town -1 December 2019 - Cape Town city celebrates the start of the Festive Season with the 50th staging of the Festive Lights Switch-On. Annually thousands of people gather on the Grand Parade to enjoy a music concert before the official switching on of the City’s festive lights.
