SOUTH AFRICA - Cape Town - Refugees and asylum seekers march through the CBD (Video) (fTe)

South Africa - Cape Town - 16 October 2019 - A group of refugees and asylum seekers marched around the Cape Town CBD to bring attention to their plight. They are currently sleeping at the Waldorf Arcade where the Cape Town offices of the UN High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) are situated. They are accusing the organisation of failing to protect them from xenophobia, failing to help get their documents from Home Affairs as well as failing to help them with resettlement in other countries.
