South Africa - Cape Town - 28 September - A night spent with the Salt River Forensic Pathology Services. The Forensic Pathology Service was established in 2006 when the Police Mortuaries transferred to Health and the Directorate Forensic Pathology Service was established within the Department of Health. The service is rendered via 18 forensic pathology facilities across the province. Forensic Pathology Service is mandated by law to investigate all unnatural deaths.
