CHAPTER 1.
The United States Air Force Crew Chief offered a big grin.
“See, we can't move the aircraft because its really beat up. And we can't move it without giving the spy satellites a good view. So, like a whole lot of other experimental aircraft that has used the base over the last fifty years or so, we're just going to put it under the desert sand and have it disappear.”
The young Airman wasn't buying it.
The Chief leaned in close, “You know that little hill by the Headquarters Building? There's a really good reason why its called 'Little Russia'. Must be at least a half dozen MiG15s, MiG17s are under that hill and I know for sure that there's at least one modified Soviet Foxhound MiG31 buried there 'cause we buried it just last year.”
