PS10 What is Light? Is it a wave or particles?

Light is so fast that it is difficult to observe in motion. Are they moving particles, a wave, or is it some type of chain reaction. Actually, I believe it is partly all three. Come with me as I explore. I do not have to be right. However, I hope I can get you involved to stimulate some critical thinking.
