OAN Network First Responders part 1

I was watching OAN yesterday and decided to video this segment because no other station was showing this. Then the glitch began, OAN put a commercial loop on that lasted quite awhile. Part 2 video will be up next. I was shocked. My brother said it was the weather, yet no other station was glitching. I found it quite odd.
