Occurred on September 6, 2020 / Memphis, Tennessee, USA
Info from Licensor: "This video was captured on Sunday in Memphis, TN. The track under the bridge dead ends into an oil refinery. The height clearance of the bridge only allows for oil tanker cars, not excess height auto racks."
