100lb American Bulldog uses strong snout to lift moms hand/arm demanding more scratches!

My American Bulldog Paris demands scratches from mom by lifting her Arm/hand off her lap. Paris needs to have both of us touching her. She puts her head on my lap. Mom stops and Paris isn't having it.
