Impatient dog honks car horn to hurry up owner

Bradley Allan arrived at a beach in Aberdeen, Scotland, to walk his two French bulldogs. No sooner had he got out of the car to change when one of the dogs called Frank started honking the horn and barking for him to hurry up.
