16-year-old armed robbery suspect fatally shot by man he allegedly targeted at Roseville car wash

"We're not sure if it was a straight street robbery for his money or the vehicle," said Roseville Deputy Police Chief Mitchell Berlin about a robbery that turned deadly Tuesday evening.
