Carelessness of driver and motorcyclist nearly ends in a serious accident

Dash cam footage taken from a car in Ubon Ratchathani, Thailand, recorded a near-tragedy when a motorcyclist switched lanes as the vehicle sped up behind it, the driver apparently slow to react to the maneuver. Fortunately, a serious accident was avoided.
