Mum fights depression by swimming in cold water

Billie Oliver from Bristol in the UK started swimming in open water after her daughter, Wendy, died. Billie (66) says the low water temperatures help her deal with the pain of loss, but due to quarantine restrictions she's had to improvise her routine.
