Mother of Milwaukee road rage shooting victim says her daughter was passing by and hit by a stray bullet

Milwaukee Police are searching for the person who shot and killed a 23-year-old connected to a road rage incident. A woman, who identified herself as the mother of the victim, says her daughter was caught in the crossfire as she drove by.
