This week, we're shifting into the law enforcement side of gang violence and the struggles law enforcement face to investigate cases, how they handle the violence they see, and how they think we can break the cycle. Sergeant Mario Nunez has been working with the Delano Police Department for more than two decades. He talks about the strategies he uses as an officer to build relationships with people in the community and how he thinks the community and parents can help prevent kids from joining gangs.
