Woman running across race track stumbles over tire

This Mad Cars Race took place in Chañaral Alto, Chile, and it's always full of surprises! One of the cars bumped into a guardrail pushing over a couple of kids. A woman wanted to come to the rescue, but stumbled over a tire and fell flat on her face!
